This Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges (EVE) factsheet provides basic information on the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges action of the 2022 Erasmus+ programme. If you are interested in learning more about this action, then this factsheet will help you decide if EVE is relevant for you and your work.
Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges are online people-to-people activities that promote intercultural dialogue and soft skills development. They make it possible for every young person to access high-quality international and cross-cultural education (both formal and non-formal) without physical mobility. While virtual discussions or training do not fully replace the benefits of physical mobility, participants in virtual exchanges can still reap a number of the benefits of international educational experiences. Virtual exchanges also help spread European values. Moreover, in some cases they can prepare, deepen and extend physical exchanges, as well as fuel new demand for them.
The factsheet consists of two pages which illustrate the objectives of the action and the activities involved in setting up a project. It also addresses aspects such as the digital dimension and inclusion and diversity, which applicants are encouraged to take into account as main priorities when designing their projects.
By providing information on available funding, eligibility and admission criteria, the factsheet offers an overview of the action, and helps you to decide whether this funding opportunity is relevant for you or not.
