EACEA has just launched a new Open Call for Tenders for the procurement of Community support services

The Open Call for Tenders "Provision of services to support Community management in the fields of the Erasmus+ Programme" has just been published.

The European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) launched an Open Call for Tenders for the establishment of Framework Contracts dedicated to stakeholders' engagement and community management. The purpose is to boost collaboration with various stakeholders' groups.

The framework contracts will facilitate the effective implementation of communities in some of the fields managed by EACEA, with a particular focus on education, training, youth, and sports. Noteworthy projects to benefit from this initiative include the Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe (EPALE), European School Education Platform (including eTwinning), the European Digital Education Hub, the Digital Education Hackathon, the European Student Card Initiative (ESCI), the Online Language Support (OLS) and others.

This Call for Tenders will cover a four-year implementation period with an indicative total budget kept at a maximum of EUR 50 000 000.

Key components of the Call for Tenders for community support services include many services aimed at reinforcing community engagement. This encompasses supporting engagement with various stakeholders, executing communication and editorial activities, producing audiovisual and printed materials, digital outreach through websites and platforms, organising online and onsite events, and fostering knowledge building and professional development activities.
