Instructions

  • The deadline for the on-line submission of the report is 60 calendar days following the end of the first reporting period, i.e. by 01/03/2021 at the latest. Please be reminded that later submission of reports is subject to an amendment of the Grant Agreement, and therefore an amendment request is to be sent to EACEA before the report submission deadline in case you expect delays.

  • The report must be submitted on-line via the Funding and Tender Opportunities portal. Technical information on how to submit the e-report is available in the user guide below:
  • This 1st Progress report covers the activities carried out during the Reporting period 1: from the starting date of the action (set out in Article I.2.2) until 31.12.2020, as stipulated in the Grant Agreement.

  • The report must be submitted by the Coordinator on behalf of all the Beneficiaries (i.e. the partnership). The Declaration on Honour to be signed by the Legal representative of the Coordinator, attached to the e-report, confirms that a process of consultation and approval has been carried out by the partnership. It is therefore important that the required information is collected in good time before the deadline for the submission of the Report.

  • The report contains two parts:
