The deadline for submitting your Progress report is 28.02.2021
The eReport of your project is available via the Funding & tender opportunities portal. It has to be filled in online.
We recommend you to read carefully the user guide 'How to complete and submit a Project Report using eReports'.
These are the sections of the eReport:
I. General Information: Read only- Please contact your Project Officer if the prefilled information is not correct
II. Contractual Data: Read only- Please contact your Project Officer if the prefilled information is not correct
III. Implemented activities: you have to fill in the 'Summary of the project implementation'. Please do not copy the summary of the project from the application but summarise the achievements.
IV. Budget: the column "Contractual" both in Cost and in Income cannot be changed. In the column "Declared" you have to fill in your declared incomes and cost as presented in the Financial Report excel table.
V. Attachments: The eReport has to be submitted together with the following compulsory attachments:
NB. Please bear in mind that the maximum amount of information that can be attached to an eReport is 10MB for all files (no limitation by file; only for the whole set). We strongly recommend you to check the size of the files before submitting them.
Submission: In this section you may verify if there is any compulsory information missing or attachments not uploaded. If there is no error message, the button "Submit report" is enabled and you may submit the report. The following screenshot provides an example of how it may look. Language of the report selection indicates which language was used to fill the fields of the report. To submit the report select the language and press the Submit report button.
