EACEA is introducing harmonised electronic reporting, the Culture eReport, that is replacing the classical reporting as of the 20th of August 2018.
The purpose of the Culture eReport is to submit key data on the implementation of your project, your achievements and acquired skills, your cultural, creative and professional development through the projects and the areas you have focused on to meet your goals.
The interim and final reports have to be filled in and submitted via the EACEA eReporting system, which is an online tool available at the Participant portal. Both interim and final eReports must be submitted within 60 days following the end of each reporting period and the payment provisions set out in the grant agreement. Please refer to the submission deadline as indicated to the Participant portal and the Article I.4 of your Grant Agreement.
The Culture eReport is continuously open for the beneficiaries to report on progress in their project's implementation, to answer to the questionnaire of their eReport as soon as their own data is available, as well as, to modify and update it before its final submission to the Agency.
Before completing and submiting the eReport, read carefully the parts 2 and 3 'Implementation report and Financial management and reporting' of the Guidance on contractual project management.
The eReports User Guide will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete and submit a Project Report using the EACEA eReporting system. It is also recommended to save frequently the information indicated, even if there is an automatic backup.
We advise you to consult the simulation of the filled-in eReport about the different tabs of the online tool and narrative technical report.
The Culture eReport contains both technical and financial reports.
Some information of the Part 1 - Culture eReport is automatically compiled, notably:
- General information
- Contractual Data
The following parts must be filled in:
- public summary, providing an overview of the project and its results in English for publication in the Creative Europe Project results database. Other information, presenting your own feedback on the resulting impacts, lessons learnt from the project and your own story telling in support of your project or by some other means, such as a short video;
- statistics, covering issues related to the project implementation and answers to the questionnaire about the cultural, economic and social impacts, notably in the context of the Creative Europe key performance indicators and monitoring requirements;
- budget, consisting of contractual financial information and interim-final declared financial information;
Attachments (annexes) to the Culture eReport
The attachment of the following documents is mandatory for the submission of the Culture eReport:
- Part 2 the narrative technical report that you must upload to the EACEA eReporting system as a single pdf document.

- Interim / Final Financial statement
- Audit certificate (“Report of Factual Findings on the Final Financial Report – Type I or II”) and a signed overview of the final financial statement. Please refer to Annex VI of your grant agreement for information on the type of report you have to submit. The mandatory templates can be downloaded from here (under Audit procedure type I and II) (the word version of the document is available upon request). A signed overview of the final financial statement must be attached to the audit certificate.
- Beneficiary declaration of honour that must be signed by the legal representative of the coordinating organisation. It confirms that a process of consultation and approval has been carried out within the partnership. If the signatory is not the legal representative indicated to the Agency, an authorisation to sign on his/her behalf must also be attached.

Dissemination and Visual Identity
To increase the visibility of your project and its results, we highly encourage you to directly upload the most relevant documentation to the European Commission's project database for the Creative Europe Programme.
Project beneficiaries must make themselves familiar with the publicity provisions as stipulated both in the special and the general conditions of the Grant Agreement and as laid out in the guidelines.
Any communication or publication related to the Project, made by the beneficiaries jointly or individually, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations, etc.), must indicate that the project has received funding from the Union and must display the European Union emblem. When displayed in association with another logo, the European Union emblem must have appropriate prominence.
