Please note that calls for tenders are published on the European Commission's TED eTendering platform.
You can select EACEA from the list of contracting authorities to get an overview of the calls launched by the Agency, open or closed.
A call for tenders is issued by the Agency to buy specific services or work. Very often, but not exclusively, it will concern studies.
Calls for tenders are subject to the legislation that governs public procurement, and products and deliverables purchased following a call for tenders belong to the Commission.
Is your company thinking of tendering for a contract with the Executive Agency?
The below short publication provides you with a step-by-step guide to tendering procedures launched by either the European Commission or the Executive Agency. With handy tips, it explains where to find calls for tenders, what eligibility conditions companies have to meet in order to submit a tender, what information tenders must and can include, and what to do if you win - or don’t win - a contract.
