eTwinning is a community for schools, an online space where schools can collaborate. The eTwinning community has generated thousands of cross-border classroom projects that strengthen European cooperation from an early age. Teachers and pupils work together on themes such as digital literacy, citizenship education or sustainability, contributing directly to the EU’s digital education and green transition objectives. Many teachers report that eTwinning projects improve pupils’ teamwork skills, motivation, language competences, and understanding of European values, with clear outcomes supporting both the Digital Education Action Plan and the European Education Area targets.
