The European Education, and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), has released a publication showcasing fifty projects funded under the yearly Creative Europe European Cooperation projects call.
Across the selected projects, thematic “constellations” emerge: groups of connected ideas shaped by the needs, ambitions and creativity of the cultural and creative professionals behind them. These constellations are reflected in five key themes, namely:
- European values and Democracy;
- New practices and models;
- Digital transformation;
- Green transition and sustainability;
- Youth.
The fifty projects demonstrate how cultural cooperation contributes to key EU priorities, including the promotion of democratic values, economic growth in the cultural and creative sectors, youth involvement in culture and the development of new digital formats.
The publication highlights how organisations across Europe have worked together through cultural projects to support the careers of artists and cultural professionals, develop new international partnerships and build a strong cultural ecosystem that contributes to a resilient, democratic European society.
