The Jean Monnet Learning EU Initiatives, launched in 2022 amidst the celebration of the European Year of Youth, has become a significant strand of the Jean Monnet Actions: 277 promising projects for schools across 26 countries were founded so far.With the aim to promote networking and gathering success stories and best practices, the second Cluster meeting for schoolteachers was held in Brussels on 9 and 10 October 2025 focusing on the “Reality of EU in pupils’ daily life". The event brought together 61 school representatives from 14 different countries and served as a vibrant platform for dialogue and collaboration. The European Education and Culture Executive Agency has recently published the resulting meeting report. This report encapsulates the rich discussions and insights shared during the event, presenting invaluable resources for educators eager to either initiate or strengthen their EU-centric teaching efforts. By enlightening how EU history, values, and policies, permeate the daily lives of students, this report aspires to serve as a beacon for educators, guiding them to foster more meaningful engagement with the European Union within their classrooms.Check out the publication.
