Interested in the political context of European sport, willing to know more about the Erasmus+ Sport Programme, looking for funding for 2026 or partners for a future application?
On 11 December 2025, the European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) organised the Erasmus+ Sport Info Day 2026.
Policy was discussed and advice and tips on how to prepare and submit proposals were given as well as information on the financial aspects of funding. It was a good opportunity to network and meet potential partners.

Have Your Say: Shape the Future of European Sport!
Take part in the public consultation and/or call for evidence between 15 September and 8 December 2025:
Ahead of the Sport Info Day the European Commission would like to hear your opinion on how the future of Sport in Europe could look. A key element in Commissioner Micallef’s plan to reinforce the European Sport Model is to gather the views of the broad European sport community and citizens. We kindly invite you to share your views via this link and encourage you to disseminate the survey within your network. Your responses will form the foundation of this year’s session 6 where the preliminary results will be presented.
