Instructions:
• The report shall cover the activities from the previous report submission until the date of this report submission.
• The report shall be written in English.
• You are requested to provide detailed answers to all questions, taking into account the activities carried out by all partners. Only description of specific activities effectively carried out by the partnership and respective results shall be reported; please do not paste information from the project proposal. When answering to the questions, please take into consideration the instructions available for each question – please click on the "?" icon to see the help box.
• The report must be submitted by the Coordinator on behalf of all the project beneficiaries. The below Declaration on Honour, to be signed by the Legal representative of the Coordinator and to be attached to the e-Report, confirms that a process of consultation and approval has been carried out by the partnership. It is therefore important that the required information is collected in good time before the deadline for the submission of the report.

• Two reports lines are open in the electronic system for the submission of this 3rd Progress report:
- Technical report 2
- Interim report 2
If NO further pre-financing is requested at this stage, you need to ONLY submit the Technical report 2. In this case the Financial statement (with no request for further pre-financing) shall be used.
If the THIRD pre-financing is requested with the report, you need to submit in the system both the Technical report 2 and the Interim report 2. In this case please use only the Financial statement (with request for further pre-financing) published under the below category Request for further pre-financing and ignore the below Financial statement published under the category Technical report.

FINAL REPORT (e-Report)
Please log in into the Funding & tenders opportunities portal ('Portal') to fill in and submit the final report.
Do not miss the submission deadline that is indicated in the Portal (and in art. I.4.2 of your Grant impact and results achieved) Agreement). After this date the on-line submission will not be possible anymore. Late submission of the report may result in penalties, in accordance with the General conditions of the Grant agreement.

The FINAL REPORT consists of:
• Narrative part (i.e. questions on project implementation and results, to be answered on-line under the tab “final report on project activities”, sub-tab “PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION and RESULTS”)
• Indicators (i.e. questions on indicators to be answered online under the tab “final report on project activities”, sub-tab “INDICATORS”).
• ATTACHMENTS (i.e. the following documents to be uploaded under “attachment” tab) and namely:
1. Beneficiary declaration signed by the legal representative of the Coordinating Institution.

2. Financial statement, signed and dated by the legal representative of the Coordinating institution.
- 24 JUNE 2022
3. Financial report (print-out to be extracted from the EACEA Mobility Tool), signed by the project Contact person (as indicated in Art. I.7.3 of the Grant Agreement).
4. Statistics tables (each worksheets must be filled-in with relevant data).

5. Other documents
- Declaration of non-incurred costs
- 8 DECEMBER 2023
- Any other documents deemed relevant by the beneficiaries for the assessment of the progress in project implementation.
You are requested to provide detailed answers to all questions in the narrative part, taking into account the activities carried out by all partners during the reporting period.
Only description of specific activities carried out by the partnership and respective results shall be reported; please do not copy-paste information from the project proposal.
You are advised to keep a copy of the full Report, including any annexes.

Since the programme is implemented in the framework of the Africa-EU Partnership, all Intra-Africa beneficiaries are requested to systematically use the logo of the African Union in addition to the above visual identity guidance.
