How to receive your final payment
In order to receive their final grants, all beneficiaries must submit a final report to the Executive Agency in the time schedule indicated in the Grant Decision/Agreement (see annex VI of the Framework Partnership Decision/Agreement)
ATTENTION: beneficiaries should fill in and submit an electronic final report (eReport) through the new online application which has been developed by the Agency.
The eReport application is available via the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal and the eReport User Guide will support you to complete and submit the report.
Please complete all the data fields in the eReport. In addition, you must fill in and attach the following annexes:
Annex 1: Declaration on Honour
Annex 2 : Final Financial Statement (a) and annex (b)
Annex 3: List of activities
Annex 4: Auditor's Certificate (PDF): to be provided by the Beneficiary
Annex 5 : Picture (JPG, PNG, PDF): to be provided by the Beneficiary

For Annex 4, please refer to the following typologies available on this website in the section "Document Register"
- "Report of Factual Findings on the Final Financial Report – Type II": for each grant for which the total contribution in the form of reimbursement of actual costs is 100.000 EUR or more (as referred to in Article 3(a)(i) of the Grant Decision and in Article I.3(a)(i) of the Grant Agreement).
- "Report of Factual Findings on the Final Financial Report – Type I": for each grant for which the total contribution in the form of reimbursement of actual costs is less than 100.000 EUR. (as referred to in Article 3(a)(i) of the Grant Decision and in Article I.3(a)(i) of the Grant Agreement).

Please note: ONLY the above-mentioned official forms MUST be used.
Moreover, the communication tools produced during the project implementation (i.e. DVD's, publications etc.) must be mentioned in the report and, to the extent possible, made available on the website of the beneficiary.
