Jean Monnet Activities - Final Reports due in 2020
The Final Report obligation concerns all Jean Monnet action types: Modules, Chairs, Centres of Excellence, Networks, Support to Associations, and Projects.
A Final Report covering the whole duration of the action must be submitted online within 60 days following the end-date of the eligibility period.
In 2020 Final Reports are due for:
- Beneficiaries 2017 (call EAC/A03/2016) of Modules, Chairs, Centres of Excellence, Networks, Support to Associations
- Beneficiaries 2018 (call EAC/A05/2017) and 2019 (call EAC/A03/2018) for Policy debate for Projects (duration one to two years)
How to submit your final report online?
The final report shall be submitted online via the Funding & tender opportunities portal.

The Final Report is composed of the following parts:

- Financial report (Excel table) Chairs and Modules (call EAC/A03/2016)
- Financial report (Excel table) Centres of Excellence, Networks, Support to Associations, (call EAC/A03/2016)
- Financial report (Excel table) Projects (call EAC/A05/2017)
- Financial report (Excel table) Projects (call EAC/A03/2018)
- Financial report (Excel table) Coronavirus impact: EACEA - exceptional form for Covid-19 exceptional measures – Unit costs
This table complements the financial reporting table for UNIT COSTS when the expenditure was already incurred but expenses could not be recovered.
Please, be aware that the “Financial report excel table” of the action must also be uploaded.

Jean Monnet Activities - Technical Reports due in 2020
The Technical Implementation Report obligation concerns the Jean Monnet action types Centres of Excellence, Networks and Support to Associations.
The action type Projects (Policy debate), Modules and Chairs are not concerned.
A Technical Implementation Report covering the first academic year must be submitted online no later than 31 August of 2020. No other reporting obligations are due until the Final Report.
Legal terms and conditions: the article 9.7 or 10.7 in the case of grant decisions or the article I.9.7 or I.10.7 of the special conditions for grant agreements.
In 2020 Technical Reports are due:
- for Beneficiaries 2019 (Call EAC/A03/2018) of Centres of Excellence, Networks and Support to Associations.
The action type Projects (Policy debate), Modules and Chairs are not concerned.
